How do I get from the airport to my accommodation?There are three ways to get from the airport to your accommodation: 1. Car 2. Private Transfer 3. Public Transport For more information, please visit the Travel and Accommodation page.

How do I book my accommodation?Should you wish to stay at one of our partner hotels, there are two hotels on offer: Grand Hotel Le Fonti and Grand Hotel Excelsior. The rooms on offer at both hotels are: • Double/Twin • Triple • Quadruple/Family/Junior Suite To avail of the preferential rate, please email Giorgio with the following information: • The type of room you require • The dates of your stay Please include "Wedding Jamie and Tanika" in the subject line.

How do I book a private transfer from the airport to my accommodation?To book a private transfer and avail of a discounted rate, please email Gianni with the following details: • The number of people in your party • The date(s) of your booking • The locations you need to be picked up from and dropped off to Please include "Wedding Jamie and Tanika" in the subject line. We recommend doing this at your earliest convenience to ensure the availability of an appropriately-sized vehicle.

I am driving. Where can I park?Parking is available on-site at the following locations: • Grand Hotel Le Fonti • Grand Hotel Excelsior • Abbazia di Sant'Antimo • Villa La Foce Parking is not available on-site at La Terrazza del Chiostro, but can be accessed outside the city walls.

Will transport to and from each event be provided?Yes. Transport to and from all wedding events will be provided for guests staying at one of our two partner hotels (Grand Hotel Le Fonti and Grand Hotel Excelsior).

I am staying at one of the partner hotels. What time is pick up/drop off for each event?Bus schedules are available on the Transport page. A copy of the schedule will also be given to you upon check-in at the hotel.

Can I bring a date?We are unable to accommodate plus ones at this time due to our venue's limited capacity. However, please register your date's details using this form and we will let you know if we can accommodate them by July 1.

Can I bring my kids?We love your bubbas and would have loved for them to attend. However, we respectfully advise this is an adults-only affair. We thank you for your understanding. (And your children thank you for not subjecting them to three days of jazz bands and burrata.)

Can you elaborate on the dress code for the Ceremony?The dress code for the Ceremony is "national dress" or "Sunday best." Examples of this dress code can be found below: Ladies: Ethnic wear (i.e., sarees, gaghra cholis) or midi/maxi dresses. Fascinators are welcome and encouraged. Gents: Ethnic wear (i.e., sherwanis, nehru jackets, kilts) or a suit and tie. Morning coats and hats are welcome and encouraged although, we kindly ask that hats be removed once inside the church.

I have not been to a Christian wedding before. Are there specific colors I should avoid wearing?If possible, please avoid wearing white as this color is traditionally reserved for the bride.

Do I need to change outfits between the Ceremony and Reception?The dress codes for the Ceremony and Reception are slightly different. As such, you are welcome to change outfits although, this is by no means a requirement.

Where can I eat after the ceremony on Saturday?An informal lunch will be served at the Grand Italia Caffè (across the street from Hotel Excelsior) from 1 PM to 3:30 PM. All guests are welcome.
